This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website, and what rights you have.

Hosting and server logs

This website runs on a server in Austria. When a page is requested, technically necessary data is written to server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing serves secure and stable operation and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Support form

When you submit the form on the “Support” page, we process your first name, last name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number and licence plate, the ticket category you chose and your description of the problem. These details become a support ticket in our system 1Tool, which is likewise operated by Körbler GmbH.

The sole purpose is to handle your request. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form and may withdraw at any time, together with our legitimate interest in answering support requests.

If a contact already exists for your e-mail address, we link the ticket to it; otherwise we create a new contact. We keep support tickets for as long as we are working on them and afterwards for as long as follow-up questions and statutory retention periods require.

Protection against automated submissions

The form contains a field invisible to people and limits the number of requests per IP address per hour. For that we briefly store a non-reversible hash of your IP address. No external captcha service is used.

Cookies

This website sets a single technically necessary cookie that stores your language choice so you arrive in your language on every visit. No consent is required for this cookie. Any further cookies are only set with your consent.

Analytics

To improve what we offer, we measure the use of this website with Matomo, software we run on our own servers. Measurement only starts once you consent. Your IP address is truncated, nothing is passed on to third parties, and no profiles are built across different websites. You can change your decision at any time via the link in the footer.

External services

The Karla typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. On the “Training videos” page we link to videos on YouTube – content is only loaded once you click the link and visit YouTube. The App Store and Google Play are likewise only linked, not embedded.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact support@koerbler.com.

If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

WUMS App and WUMS Portal

This policy covers the website www.wumsapp.at. Data processing in the WUMS App and the WUMS Portal is governed by separate terms shown to you inside the respective application.
