The WUMS Portal has been reworked

The WUMS Portal is the web interface to the WUMS App: workshops process their repair orders there, locations keep an eye on their vehicles. Over the past months we have reworked the portal considerably – here are the most important changes.

New: location report

Delivery bases now have their own report page. It shows the number of vehicles and completed inspections as a bar chart, along with the figures for §57a due dates, oil level, tyre tread and soiling – the same numbers are listed as values below.

• Switch between this month and last month
• Filter by location
• Vehicle list per licence plate: was it inspected in the selected month? With a link to the ticket and the individual findings

The menu entry only appears for contacts with their own vehicles – workshops do not see it.

New navigation

Instead of the centred toggle button at the top there is now a left-hand navigation with Vehicles, Tickets, Licence plate lookup and – where available – Location report. The pagination at the end of the lists stays visible while scrolling and takes up less space.

Privacy and sign-in

• A cookie notice has been added: usage analytics only start after your consent, and you can change that decision at any time in the analytics settings.
• On the login page the cursor jumps into the e-mail field automatically.
• The password reset link has been fixed; you change your password right in the portal via your name in the top right corner.

Tickets and repair orders

• Only contacts with the matching permission can create repair orders now.
• The success message only appears once the order has actually been created.
• The status “Repaired” now sets the completion date automatically.
• New preview components for images and tickets with an expandable detail area.
• On the vehicles page, service date and mileage can be edited directly.

Use “Give feedback” at the bottom left of the portal to send us bugs, ideas and remarks directly. What has changed recently is always available in the changelog in the same menu.
